The 19th Strategic Energy Technology (SET) Plan Conference will be held at DOK5000 in Odense, Denmark on 4-5 November 2025.

The Danish EU Presidency is hosting this year’s conference and it is co-organised by the Danish Ministry of Climate, Energy and Utilities and the European Commission. The conference will bring together high-level speakers, policymakers, industry leaders, researchers and academia.

Site visit

Participants will have the opportunity to join one of two site visits under the theme “The Future of Wind Energy."

1. Lindø Offshore Renewables Center (LORC) - A state-of-the-art test facility center at Odense Port in Munkebo. Activities include full-scale testing of wind turbine nacelles. 

2. Vestas Lindø facility - At Lindø, Vestas manufactures nacelles for one of the world’s largest wind turbines. Experience the complete assembly process of these impressive components, and gain first-hand insights into the offshore wind supply chain.

If you have signed up for one of the site visits, you will be picked up at DOK5000 at approx. 09:15 and be transported by bus to the sites and then transported back to DOK5000 for lunch.
